We hope that this roadmap will give you a sense of direction and also calm you with the knowledge that there are attainable goals and solutions to your predicament.

 

  1. Something happens to your property. i.e. a leak, fire, flood, burglary, etc.
  2. You call us on 028 9061 3121 or freephone 0800 634 7432.
  3. Your dedicated claims manager will attend an appointment at your property to assess the damage and give you free advice.
  4. If emergency works are required your claims manager will arrange for this work to be done.
  5. We will send a detailed schedule of works to your insurance company.
  6. We contact your insurance company regularly to progress the claim as quickly as possible.
  7. Your claims manager will meet with your insurance company representatives to achieve the best possible outcome for you.
  8. Once authorisation is received your claims manager will arrange for our contractors to carry out work to your property and agree timelines with you.
  9. The work will be overseen by your claims manager.
  10. Once work is completed you will be asked to inspect the work and sign a satisfaction note.
  11. Your claims manager will finish the claim process by ensuring your satisfaction and asking for some feedback.
